My Favorite Dressing - Creamy Yogurt Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar (this is optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup very low sugar, whole milk, full fat yogurt.  I use Grassmilk yogurt
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The dressing keeps well for 3-4 days.

    Per Tablespoon - 4.2 grams of fat - .6 grams of carb - .3 grams of protein
